T. Gökmen Bolayır
Founder / Lawyer
T. Gökmen Bolayır has over 15 years of experience working with domestic and foreign clients in various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, construction, and food, on matters of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic consulting.
Before becoming a founding partner of Bolayır & Doğançelik Law Firm, he served as the lawyer in Turkey for an audit firm providing services on an international scale.
In addition, Gökmen Bolayır serves as a board member and legal advisor for companies operating in the private sector.

Olcayto Doğançelik
Founder / Lawyer
Olcayto Doğançelik provides legal consultancy and attorney services to numerous domestic and foreign clients, particularly in the areas of litigation related to commercial, business, family, and real estate disputes.
Olcayto Doğançelik began his professional career working at an international law firm, and subsequently continued his career at a Dutch company.
He has taken on a management role within this company, where he has had the opportunity to develop his expertise particularly in the areas of contract law, commercial law, and labor law.

He began his undergraduate education at Atılım University Faculty of Law, studied for one semester at Bialystok University under the Erasmus+ Exchange Program, and graduated with honors from Atılım University in 2022.
He provides legal support in various areas of law, primarily Consumer Law, Tenancy Law, Labor-Employer Disputes, and Traffic Accident Disputes; we play an active role in litigation and advisory processes.

She graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law. He works as a lawyer at Bolayır & Doğançelik Law Firm and continues his academic studies at the Department of Private Law at Başkent University Faculty of Law.
She continues his career by providing legal support to clients in litigation and advisory processes they require in disputes related to Corporate Law, Commercial and Labor Law, Personal Data Protection, and Family Law.
